Iyeokan
Iyeokan is passionate about planning weddings and events. She is a Family Nurse Practitioner turned event planner. She has years of experience in events, organizing conventions for non-profit organizations and as a program coordinator.
WHO WE ARE
Iyeokan can plan your wedding and event wherever your imagination takes you.
The name Ivie is one of Iyeokan’s names and it means “precious jewel”.
The “N” was added for easy pronunciation.
Nivie Events was launched as a planning management company in 2023 and its founding principles were clear: to create events that are memorable, treat every client as precious delicate jewels, while paying attention to every detail.
Our goal at Nivie Events is to create events that feel precious and memorable.
We are an event planning firm in Twin Cities, Minnesota and servicing weddings, social and corporate events along the Midwestern Metropolitan area from Minneapolis, St. Paul to Chicago. We specialize in weddings, social events, corporate events, and event logistics. We have experience working as Nigerian wedding planners, Interracial wedding planners and more!

Iyeokan’s background as a Family Nurse Practitioner gives her a unique perspective on each wedding and event she plans, as she is compassionate and empathetic towards couples, because she understands that planning a wedding can be very emotional.
Iyeokan’s background as a Nigerian wedding planner and experience coordinating interracial weddings, brings a diverse perspective and a commitment to excellence to every event she plans. She has developed a deep understanding of the emotional aspects involved in event planning, particularly regarding weddings.
